If you want to check out what radio stations are playing from all over the world, the Radiocast map is the perfect choice.
Radiocast is an interactive globe with over 7,000 radio stations from all over the world. Mainly from Europe and the United States, but also from Madagascar, Chile and Thailand. You can listen to all of them directly from the map.
One of the distinctive features of Radiocast is the tag system, which allows you to filter stations by mood and genre of music played. This makes it much easier to discover stations that suit your personal tastes. If you are not particularly picky, you can use the “random” function to discover radios from anywhere in the world.
The application also allows you to save your favorite radios, which are displayed as red hearts on the map. However, there is no option to share links to your favorite stations directly from the map. A useful feature is the so-called sleep timer – a function that allows you to turn off the radio at a programmed time – 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes – ideal for falling asleep to your favorite station.
